What Makes Rosevale Stand Out?

Different reasons make Rosevale stand out in Hell’s Kitchen and beyond. For starters, our bar’s vermouth collection. If you are a vermouth lover, you have over 150 labels to choose from. With this number, Rosevale has the largest vermouth collection in the world. The collection is featured within five different styles, based on sweetness level, aromatic complexity, and country of origin.

Our vermouth menu is in a book with in-depth information, including origins of vermouth and how it’s made, the different pioneers of vermouth styles, and the vermouth flights that are offered. Guests can also have a unique experience through curated tasting, paired with sweet and savory snacks.

Another factor that makes Rosevale stand out is our design and atmosphere. Our bar has a chic and vibrant 1920s-inspired design. The American interior style with vintage decorations gives the bar a distinctive look.

For those looking for more privacy and an even more special experience, Rosevale has an exclusive tasting room known as The Blue Vault, hidden behind a concealed entrance. In The Blue Vault, guests can enjoy a collection of rare whiskeys and eclectic artifacts gathered from George Remus’s storied past. Rosevale has partnered with Remus Bourbon to provide the rare drinks.

The Blue Vault also features vintage items sourced from old Broadway backrooms and dressing rooms. Seeing that the bar is located in the Theater District, these decorations pay homage to Broadway. The decorations also improve guests’ experience by making them feel like they have entered a new era. Having drinks when immersed in Broadway’s rich history is an experience that guests want to come back to regularly.

Jazz nights at Rosevale Cocktail Room are also popular among people in the neighborhood and those who come from outside. Our bar has live jazz every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. On Thursdays, guests can enjoy an amazing live performance from Charlie Roman Hot Club. Kate Curran plays on Saturdays. These are our two resident bands. On Fridays, the bar works with different talented artists, and we usually post on Instagram who will be playing on certain dates.

Pre-theater dinner, a popular custom in the Theater District, is another way to enjoy Rosevale. Besides drinks, our menu includes high-quality meal options. Those attending Broadway shows have a dedicated dinner option with a prix fixe three-course meal from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Additionally, when you get to Rosevale for a pre-theater dinner, it’s recommended to tell your server about your show time, especially if you are on a tight schedule. This will allow the staff to know how to handle your order to avoid missing your show.

Lastly, guests can have their pre-theater dinner in rooms with vintage playbills and rich, velvet curtains, and request a table mixologist to take their theatrical experiences to another level.
