Rosevale Cocktail Room has the largest vermouth collection in the world. Over 150 labels are featured within five different styles to explore based on their sweetness level, aromatic complexity, and country of origin.

The Vermouth program’s menu is presented in a book which features details about the origins of vermouth and how it’s made, the different pioneers of vermouth styles and the vermouth flights that are offered. The collection is best enjoyed through curated tasting flights, paired with sweet and savory snacks.

Rosevale Cocktail Room offers a vermouth tasting experience for $38 per person. Come Stimulate your taste buds with 4 glasses of vermouth and paired bites. Select a flight of aromatized wines from 4 distinct regions around the world and allow your server to guide you through the diverse flavor profiles!
