Tucked within the velvet shadows of Rosevale Cocktail Room lies The Blue Vault; an exclusive tasting room and immersive journey into the world of George Remus, the “King of the Bootleggers.”

In collaboration with Remus Bourbon and hidden behind a concealed entrance, the Vault features a collection of rare whiskeys and eclectic artifacts gathered from Remus’s storied past — including vintage items sourced from old Broadway backrooms and dressing rooms.

Designed as both a tasting room and a storytelling space, the Vault offers guests a glimpse into Remus’ world through atmosphere, narrative, and exceptional spirits.
